SETTING GOALS

Personalise your daily goals in the app: set your target for active minutes as well as steps. You can also choose to include or exclude standing as active minutes.

INSIGHT TO MOVEMENT BEHAVIOUR

In the graph display, you can see the time and duration of which you were active and steps taken throughout the day. See your daily progress for your set goal.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the MISS Activity app from the Play Store or App Store and install it on your mobile phone.

Customise your daily goals by setting targets for active minutes and steps. 4.
5. Track your progress toward your goals using the Miss Activity monitor and app.

PROGRESS TO GOAL

See the progress you’ve made towards your daily activity goal by shaking the MISS Activity monitor then holding it still.

 

Is a blue light flashing? There are five LED lights, each representing a 20% progress towards your goal.

 

Are all five lights flashing? Congratulations! You have reached your daily goal!

The MOX wireless accelerometry sensor is a medical grade, wearable accelerometer that has been validated for the measurement of various levels of activity in healthy persons, elderly and patients with a chronic condition.
